July 1, 2004 – CLS hires new Chief Executive Officer

Creative Learning Systems announced today that Matt Dickstein has joined the company as its Chief Executive Officer.  Mr. Dickstein has a long and successful track record in education.  Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of National Technological University and its affiliate, PBS The Business and Technology Network.  He has also played key roles in the growth and development of ELS Language Services, the largest provider of intensive English language programs in the U.S., and AIFS, Inc. a diversified educational services company.
