February 5, 2009 - Creative Learning Systems announces 2009 Advanced Facilitator Development Conference

Creative Learning Systems has announced the dates and location for its 2009 Advanced Facilitator Development Conference (AFDC). This year's conference will be held on June 22-26 in Reno, NV. The conference will be hosted by Washoe County School District which installed 14 middle school SmartLabs in the past two years.

AFDC is always a stimulating and exciting week for SmartLab facilitators, packed with information and ideas to take their programs to the next level. AFDC offers invaluable training in SmartLab tools and applications and facilitation techniques and ideas. Attendees to recent AFDC's have benefited from workshops in multimedia and video production, ePortfolio systems and robotics. They have been the first to see the latest developments in learning resources and equipment such as laser engravers, video and sensing equipment, and alternative and renewable energy collections.

Attendees to this year's conference will be able to work with some of the latest collections of learning resources including the newest ePortfolio system, learning launchers, and alternative and renewable energy collections.
