LONGMONT, Colo. January 5th, 2010 - With the release earlier today of its Timeliner XE Learning Launcher curriculum, Creative Learning Systems now has over 150 Learning Launchers available to support its SmartLab 21st century learning labs.

The new Learning Launcher curriculum format was formally announced less than one-year ago, launching the most ambitious curriculum development effort in the company's history. Each Learning Launcher collection includes three levels of complexity, providing learners with ability-appropriate, open-ended learning experiences. New SmartLabs, as well as existing SmartLabs that have implemented the new curriculum, have reported outstanding results using the new curriculum.

The current collection of available Learning Launchers includes 32 topic areas covering a wide range of applied technologies in publishing and multimedia, robotics and control technology, alternative energy, circuitry, computer simulation, science and data acquisition, mechanics and structures, and computer graphics. Curriculum development efforts are ongoing with additional sets of Learning Launchers planned for release as well as updates to existing Learning Launchers.
